''What can I say. INCREDIBLE. You can see why both Gina and Jack completely understand what a couple would want and sometimes wouldn’t know they need for a photoshoot.

As them theirselves are getting married soon, (congrats!) they understand what a couple truly wants to show and with that feel during these photo sessions. They not only have a caring nature for you as individual clients but also for eachother (and your pets) This true caring nature shows through their love for the form of film and a passion for their profession.

We felt incredibly comfortable every second of the session, with great communication and professionalism throughout from begining to end. With added advice for other things to do within our wedding planning journey. Both Gina and Jack have a natural talent with Animals. They were ever so patient trying to obtain shots with our excitable border collie running wild. Which turned out beautiful.

We loved every single image, and frankly we are struggling to narrow down a few for the use of our wedding invites. The second we got in our car, my fiancé and I began disscusing hiring them for our wedding.

You will not regret this experience.

''Ivy and pine were the first photographers we looked at and the minute we had our first zoom call, we knew straight away that they were the ones, we felt so relaxed chatting to Jack and Gina, it was weird but we felt like we’d known them for ages and it all just came very naturally. 

My main 3 things I wanted when choosing photographers were Candid, fun and film photography, Which was exactly what we got, I have to say and I know I’m biased but they definitely are the best wedding photos! Throughout the whole process Jack and Gina kept in contact messaging via instagram which definitely helped us feel calm, a lot of people warned us that people would take our deposits and not contact us again till the week of the wedding but we can definitely say they did not do that, knowing they were only one text away helped massively, we 100% relied on them for a lot more than just the photos 😂 they helped us plan pretty much the whole timeline (which we had no clue about) and even when we changed things on the day and right at the last minute, they went with the flow and just carried on like the normal. 

We definitely hit the jack pot when hiring Jack and Gina! One of our biggest worries was our couple portraits, both Chris and I aren’t fans of having our photos taken, we originally asked for just 30mins after the ceremony but Jack and Gina insisted that we would love having more taken later when things started to get manic, taking time away from everyone for it just be us, to actually get to talk, breath and take in the craziness of being newlyweds. When anyone asks what my favourite part of the day is, i can hand on heart say our couple portraits and it’s a moment we will always cherish, spending that time together means so much to us and we are so thankful that Jack and Gina persuaded us to do it. 

I’ve definitely been turned and will be contacting Ivy and Pine again in the future for more photos, which is not something I thought I’d ever say!

''From the moment we had our client meeting with them, and they bought Rudy along, we knew they were the ones for us! Jack and Gina couldn't have been more wonderful throughout the whole process - they were so helpful listening to our ideas and working out what would work best on the wedding day, to offering to do things they wouldn't normally do. And I would 100% recommend doing an engagement shoot with them beforehand as well, as it meant we were more comfortable in front of the camera and you can really tell that from the photos on the day!

Most importantly, the gallery we got back from Gina and Jack was just amazing - exactly what we wanted. They seamlessly fit into the day, found all the best spots for photos, and were just generally wonderful. I also loved how they stayed for a dance after they'd finished taking all their photos!! 

I honestly couldn't recommend them more - they are both so lovely and absolutely brilliant at what they do!''

''Working with Gina & Jack was nothing short of incredible.

From the first response to our message, to communicating with us afterwards, we were amazed with every single thing they did for us on our big day.

It really says a lot when our guests asked us how we knew our photographers (because we'd struck up such a great bond in the run-up this made them assume we were already friends!). This also meant that we felt so comfortable around Gina & Jack, and so did our guests. The result? Photos from our big day that are so beautiful they were far beyond our expectations.

Weddings can be stressful, but working closely with Gina & Jack on the big day put us at ease, and also kept us in check (thank you both!!).

"We cannot speak highly enough of Jack and Gina. Ahead of our first meeting, we instantly warmed to them - they are friendly, thoughtful and so invested in what they do. They instantly put us at ease when we had our engagement shoot - nothing was too much for them as they took the time to help us relax into the moment, capturing images that are playful and fun, but romantic and never felt cheesy or forced. They captured us at our very best - we both teared up when we saw the images (delivered ridiculously promptly online) because they really did feel like the best version of us.

The preparation before our wedding day was incredible (they are more organised than us and thought of things we hadn’t).

On the day it was like having a few extra pals along. They helped to herd the crowds in a fun and friendly way, had scouted the locations to get the best shots and captured every moment perfectly. They joined in the fun, with zero judgment on the choices we had made, just absolute enthusiasm and, dare I say it, love. We felt cared for by a truly personalised service - they got to know our family and friends to the point where my mother in law assumed they were friends, not paid photographers.

We have no idea what to do now because the photos are all so stunning. We are spoilt for choice! Jack and Gina are two beautiful souls who completely get what people want. We were instantly at ease in their company and, most importantly, they are incredible at what they do. We cannot recommend them highly enough."

''Jack and Gina, where to even begin?! From the moment we booked they went above and beyond to bring extra magic to our whole wedding experience! From meeting up with us to chat through plans and options, to totally putting us at ease in front of the camera on our engagement shoot, to being the BEST on the actual day!!! They became part of the whole day so seamlessly, the best team and such fantastic company for every moment of the day. But it didn't stop there, they managed to capture moments happening that were so spontaneous I STILL don't understand how they had cameras pointing in the right direction, and sooo many beautiful memories that have brought the day back to life for us so many times. ''Myself and Lucy chose Ivy & Pine to photograph our wedding (May, 2023) and we can say without doubt that it was the best decision we made. We joked that we could write them a review as long as a novel and it still wouldn’t give them enough credit. Jack and Gina not only captured our day perfectly, but they captured the best side of us and our guests too. This was all owing to how at ease and relaxed they made us and everyone else involved in our day feel. They slipped into our day like wedding guests, rather than the ‘stand off’ photographers at other weddings that we’d experienced. There is not enough words in the dictionary to describe how unbelievable these guys are. From bump, to baby, to toddler, they’ve been there for each special moment of ours and produced the most mind blowing photos. They’ve really truly become part of our little family and we are so lucky to be able to have such wonderful photos to look back on (as they are proudly displayed on our walls). Jack and Gina are two of the most genuine, easy going and gentle souls and they make you feel right at home during shoots, which really does help to make you feel relaxed. They also have a cracking sense of humour which definitely gets those giggles going! 😄 It not only feels like we have gained photographers for life, but friends for life We can’t recommend them enough

''Had the absolute pleasure of having Jack and Gina photograph our wedding, a year ago and we are not photo people and they made us feel so at ease infront of a camera at our wedding and we absolutely loved the photos so, to capture another important milestone, we decided to book them for a maternity session a year later. As I say, we aren’t photo people, and I have rarely any photos of me in my pregnancy… however, as anticipated, Jack and Gina went above and beyond to making us feel comfortable infront of the camera and taking the most perfect shots of these milestones. They are so fun and lovely to be around, with the added bonus of amazing photos at the end of it. Completely professional but also makes it feel like just walking around with your friends. I couldn’t recommend them anymore 😍 they even managed to sort my disposable cameras that I’d not got around to from my wedding 12 months ago, they truly go above and beyond from the moment you enquire with them to the day itself and the follow ups afterwards! ''Easiest review we've ever written. From start to finish both Gina and Jack have been incredible. Having never planned a wedding before, we really didn't know what we were doing, but these guys made us feel at ease from the moment we met them. They were so helpful, honest and genuine. 

We felt super uncomfortable worrying about our pre wedding shoot as we both feel awkward being photographed, but Gina and Jack made us feel so comfortable and the pictures were amazing! we had such a laugh. 

When they arrived at the venue for the wedding day, it was like welcoming two friends. It felt so natural. 

During the ceremony, we didn't even notice they were there! so professional and discreet. They helped gently guide us through the day without being overbearing.
